Absolutely the BEST customer service and incredibly helpful in helping us decide on what we wanted, that would be within our budget. We just bought our first king-sized bed & slept so soundly last night, waking up refreshed & without any of the back pain that we're used to. So glad we went to Fred's Beds in Kannapolis to purchase our bed! We would've never gotten the kind of deal that we got...

Some of the best customer service I've ever received in my life. And I just slept without waking once from tossing and turning - I'm still in bed and don't want to get up. The product is stellar and the family that runs the store take the time to help you find a good fit for you. I have back issues and sciatica but I feel like a million bucks right now. They treat you like a friend the minute...
