I had a horrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. they are close to my house so I walked in one day to ask them about the check cashing place that used to be in that shopping center. Well the girls there IGNORED me. I said I had a question and one of them (the skinniest one) said ""We're on lunch right now ma'am"". So I said I wanted to talk to the manager... and they said if I wasn't a customer with them I could not talk to the manager.
Well, my insurance is accross the street at another agency (thank god) so I just left. But I don't recomment that hell hole.
