By far the worst experience of my life!!!! The rudest, heartless most unprofessional B's I've ever met. I would rather stand in line all day at the DMV then ever go back to this place. These women clearly hate their jobs.

Excellent customer service! I was the first appointment of the day and checked in quickly and privately. The woman who checked me in brought me back to her private office. All questions were answered. It did take some time after the ultrasound and iron test to get called back to surgery, but once I was in the surgery room the doctor made me feel comfortable and was very nice! Having to go...

you guys can be more private. i heard everyones information as i sat in the waiting room. they need to learn how to lower their voice and he more confidential. total HIPPA violation. it seems as if they dont care

Wait time is absolutely terrible! My appointment was at 3pm but I got out at 5:30pm. The actually time I was in seeing the doctor and nurse was no more than 30 min. At 4:30pm, I was in the wait room with other women and one of them had their appointment at 1:45pm.

Another thing that pissed me off was making an appointment. I was put on hold for 20 min and then the call was dropped. My third...
