This practice is poorly managed. Do not expect this office to bill or file insurance as most doctor's offices do. They have inept communication regarding all administrative aspects of the practice and will not work with their clients. I would give them 0 stars, but had to click one in order to submit the review. I do not recommend this practice.

Most of the front end staff seem to be bothered by helping people ( I had questions about shoes) and was told go look it up on line and call us back if you find it.I went in for 2 things and one required a biopsy. I had terrible pain in my heel and called at 4pm to see if Dr Fox could see me. The receptionist took a few details from me and told me to come straight to the office. I got there at 4.15pm and was seen straight away. He examined me, sorted out the problem and I was home and comfortable by 5pm. Dr. Fox had a horrible bedside manner. Our chart wasn't ready when he was, so we went into the room without it. He never once looked at the chart(8 pages to fill out at home), never introduced himself to me or my daughter (the patient), and never discussed treatment options.
