If possible, I would rate them with 0 stars. They are the most unorganized people ever!!! They were constantly adding in extra fees and charges without showing where the money was going. Our escrow was suppoed to close on a Wednesday, but since BBC didn't send any of the docs out on time, it didn't. Then, we found out the they didn't even have the sellers docs notarized, so it slowed...
