My husband and I moved in right after the new management took over. We have loved everything about living here. The staff, amenities, and overall quality is amazing. I was so stressed about finding a place to live with two dogs once moving to San Diego, but after walking through the doors we knew we had found the right place.

Building is nice. Outside is ghetto as hell. Transient hub just outside the front doors. Security is under paid. For the price that's paid on rent you could rent a full size home in a great neighborhood like Eastlake. If you like to throw your money away this is a great place. Most of the residents are hot. Pet friendly! !! If your a yuppie hipster this place is for you!!! Underground parking...

All in all this place has gone downhill since it was bought. The management staff was young fun and in the know before. Now we got these old folks in the office. Before we would stop in the office and chat now we get our package and keep it moving. Parking is the worst. Followed by an elevator that is out of service once a week. Will be moving at the end of the lease.
