I have used this shuttle 3 times. 2 out of 3 times he ditched.\r

I have used this shuttle 3 times. 2 out of 3 times he ditched.
when i came from international flight at SFO around 10PM with my family (2 kids) this guy was not there.
After couple of calls he picked phone and said sorry for not reaching at sfo. ultimately i have to get rental car from sfo to folsom . paid high cost ..more then that it was too risky and tiring drive after long internationl flight.

second time folsom to smf he never showed up and i missed the flight for LA . .lucky enough i was accomdated in next flight after 2 hrs.

it was horrible experience. I will not recommand to anyone.
