Doctor Fogg is one of the best doctors in the valley. He really knows what he is doing and treats me really well. I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Fogg grew up in Fresno and worked most of his early years side-by-side with his father ~ who is also a cataract surgeon. He trained at BYU as a mechanical engineer before entering medical school at the University of Utah. As a medical student he developed computer programs for ophthalmology training.
