Operations may be disrupted due to COVID-19. Be sure to contact the restaurant to find out its current status and offerings. The Flying Biscuit Cafe Restaurant Review

Situated on a busy Midtown corner, this Flying Biscuit outpost provides a good view of the neighborhood's environment. Menu-wise, expect creamy grits, good egg dishes, pancakes, and topnotch chicken sausage served all day. Biscuits stand somewhere between fluffy Northern style and thinner, crispier Southern style. Oatmeal pancakes strike us as a bit heavy. For lunch or dinner, target the...

"Fluffy" biscuits and "heavenly" grits stand out at this local Southern chain with an "eclectic" all-day menu, served by a "lively" staff in "cute" environs; though a few find it "uninspired" since it went corporate, fans insist the "vibe is always good" at the original, "quirky" Candler Park location (still owned by creator Delia Champion), while others assert "everything is great but the wait."

The perfect little corner restaurant does breakfast at Midtown's hottest intersection.

The Scene
While capturing the trademark quirkiness of its sister restaurant in Candler Park, the tiny, likeably cramped locale still feels fresh, streamlined and very Midtown. The dining...

The Flying Biscuit Café serves Southern homey fare in its restaurant.

Since it originally opened its doors in midtown Atlanta in 1993, this wildly popular neo-southern franchise has been considered among the best breakfast restaurants in the city. Breakfast is served all day, but the lunch and dessert menus are filled with equally fine-tasting southern cooking, too. Beer and wine are also available. This one is located at the corner of Piedmont and 10th.
