I had originaly contacted him about getting the fireplace etc. in my newly perchased home cleaned but when he got here he found that it was clean, but not fully sealed. He didnt have the necessary sealant on him, but he ordered it and came back a few days later to take care of it. He was great, friendly, and knowledgeable, will remember him for my yearly cleaning!
