Dr Korous overlooked an infected tooth which resulted in my loosing the tooth. She was more interested in increasing her bank account than the health of my teeth.

i do not like the fact that i was not given a 6 month cleaning when i made it know that it has been over 2 years since my last cleaning. therefore, i am seeking out another dentistry.

I am a long time Floss client. I always receive the best service and care on my visits. I am in the office every 4 months for cleanings due to gum issues. I always expect and receive the dental care required for my healthy teeth and smile. I really like Dunia Korous DDS. She really cares about her clients.

I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND FLOSS Uptown! I came in with a written estimate of work. They Totally Blew that!! Moreover, they did part of the work and want more money to do the rest. Overall, their total will be more than 50% of the written estimate. Yes, I have it in in writing.
