We went to the flooring center and looked at some options and they were nice enough to let us take the board home with the tile on it to see how it looked at home, which was very nice. The owners wife arranged for Dale to come out the next day at 4pm to look at and measure the floor. We were home all day long and decided at 6:16 pm that we guessed he wasn't coming

We contracted with them for our house. Shortly after we sent in our deposit we tried contacting them and had no answer. Then we found out that a special order could not be delivered as the doors were closed, nobody there. After 3 attempts the freight company refused to try to deliver again. We later found out that this had been a common occurrence with deliveries. I continued trying to...
