sma;ll carpet sample inadequate when it comes to making a wall-t-wall decision. Ask for a larger sample and use your vacuum cleaner on it--my beloved Shark refuses to clean this carpet and I hate it anyway, and have almost covered it immediately with a 15x18 area rug. Everyone who comes into the house wants their card because they can not believe the improvement in my very old beat up floors, now they look wonderful! I am very please with the results.
The workers were not great at communicating. They would finish and leave without saying goodbye or indicating when they would return. But final outcome amazing!

I was happy with the initial sales process. Issue was with the install. Job was supposed to take one day to install ~400 sg ft engineered hardwood floors. I was not told that the job would be more then the expected one day install until deep into the first day and this required me to re-schedule other commitments to accommodate this timeline.
