I have been using Lou and his crew from Flatiron Cleaning for 15 years and have never been dissapointed. They are efficient, honest and thorough. I use them for both my offices and my apartment and have had no problems with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a excellent cleaning service

You get what you pay for. I have used this service many times. About 1/2 of the time, I got good service. About 1/2 of the time, the cleaner left without finishing the job. When I called to complain, the owner would go off on a rant about ""these people...do they have no sense?"" He obviously understood that the quality was spotty at best.

But then this is the kicker: the last time I had them, they insisted that I have 2 cleaners instead of one, with a 4 hour minimum. They came for 2 hours (so 4 hours total), and left without finishing the job. Then, to top it off, I realized they...
