This company is a joke. Instead of fixing my 62" Mitsubishi DLP on site, they took it to their shop. They picked it up on 12/22/208 and I just got it back last night! (1/13/2009) He initially told me it would take 4 days or so... This outfit is SOOOO undependable. He calls to tell me that he will bring back my TV around 4 or 5 pm on Monday. I leave work 2 hours early (unpaid) in order to be home when he arrives. 5 pm rolls around and he’s still a no-show. So, around 5:30 pm I finally get a hold of him and he wants to deliver it the next day instead. I explain that I have to work and that I've already taken time off because of him! So he agrees to come by later that night, around 7 or 8 pm. I say "fine, see you then." So I wait and I wait and I wait. No show, no phone call, nothing. Next morning he calls me and acts like nothing's happened. I let him know how rude it was not to give me the courtesy of a phone call. He finally brings my TV over last night and he still needs to take it all apart to fix this one last thing. I regret letting him take the TV out of my home, moving a TV of that size and type should always be avoided if at all possible. So now my picture quality just isn't what it used to be. I had to have him come right back because when he put it back together the screen was crooked so the picture seemed slanted. He kept arguing that there was nothing he could do about it and I told him that I could see how the bottom set screws just needed to be adjusted. (I thought HE was supposed to be the expert!) Sure enough once he made the adjustment and put the screen back on the picture was better. (But, still not great like it was before.) Also, later that evening I notice two big deep scratches in my screen! These guys are unprofessional, amateur hacks. Cost me $445 and now I have a screen that's damaged (more $$$ out of my pocket) and I wonder what else is going to go wrong...
Do yourself a favor and do NOT call these guys but if you do, be sure you have a translator handy, because he is so very hard to understand…
This workplace is the kind of local shop that you would want to go to and trust. It isn't one of those big companies that wouldn't even bother to get back to your calls (like I have painfully experienced many times before, it is quite annoying). The repair was timely and the head technician came over the same exact day to check the television out. He gave me an estimate on the repair and walked through the process side by side with me. In all honesty, I didn't have the slightest clue where to start when looking for tv repair. I didn't know what to look for, what deals to settle for, or even...
The technician that came over was very nice.
I felt completely comfortable having him in our home.
The repairs took longer that I had originally expected, but I am pleased with the result and confident in the quality of their work! Thank you for everything!!

fix n save came the same day, gave me an estimate and fixed within a couple of days for a reasonable price. they also backed it up with six month warranty. ( while every one ealse i called wanted to charge me alot more and their warranty was only up to 2-3 months.) i would strongly recomend doing business with fix n save.

I watched my 50"" Plasma go out my door with a man from this company in September for a two-week repair of the on-off switch. Otherwise it was working fine. Two weeks turned into two months or more and probably 15 phone calls with promises he would drop it off ""today"". We offered to meet him and even went to the shop and he kept avoiding us. On November 26, the tv was returned pulled out of the back of a van (laying flat) and put upside down on the living room floor. The stand was not returned and the guy denied ever having it! After calling this tv repair service to look at our JVC tv, they promptly took the tv to their shop saying that they would order the part and return the tv. After 3 weeks, many phone calls and finally demands that I had to make to this service, the tv was finally brought back without any corrections done to the tv. The service had said that they had fixed it but obviously didn't. I would never recommend Fix N Save for any repairs or service consultation to anyone.
