I have used Five Rivers multiple times, I have never had anything but excellent service, the staff went above and beyond to save my pomeranian Rudie after she ate 2 lbs of extra dark imported chocolate. I am forever grateful for their services!

It was the worst experience ever for me n my dog.the assistant on call was very uncaring and didnt care tht my dog had a throat condition and continued choking her even when I said let her go. Will never be back there.

The heavy-set nurse is INSANE. She had my 13 pound shih tzu in a headlock so tight she was gasping for air. I said you're holding her too tight. She laughed and said its ok. I said you have 3 seconds to take your hands off my dog, she has a throat condition. She laughed again so I pryed her hands off my dog and I told the doc she needs to fire her cause she's a lunatic that likes to hurt...
