can you explain to me why Fish takes 6% of an employees gross income and calls it adjusted gross, I know it is your franchise fees, but just curious why Fish tells an employee they are making 35% yet in truth they are getting 29%. I am a former Operations manager and know this to be true even though I am sure it will be denied.

When I was interviewed for this company I was told that I could make 12-15 dollars an hour! Well let's just say that was a big freaking lie. I made on a average 4-6 dollars an hour.Not only was the pay a lie but this company also discriminates against employees. I (Caucasian) was always being told by my boss (African American) that I just couldn't do things the sme because I wasn't a "brother."...
