I have been a member for 20 years and it has always been the very best bank I ever had. I even kept it as my main bank when I moved out of state.

Nice Tellers

This bank is awesome! I enjoy going there because the tellers are so nice, and one teller in particular is extremely nice and is such a cutie (I think his name is Dan). The manager was also very helpful in setting up my CD and a savings account for my daughter. I will be banking with First Westroads Bank forever! Plus it's a smaller bank, so whenever I call them I always get a live person!

I am a small business owner in the Omaha Metro area and I went into FW Bank to open a new checking account. I was banking at a different institution for several years and would visit the branch on a regular basis (at least 3 times a week) and no one remembered my name. Went in to open a checking account and was greeted by a real person who introduced me to a personal banker. Surprisingly, they had great accounts and lowered fees than First National. They don't charge a transfer fee after 3 transfers! They also had a great ATM network, but the thing I was most impressed with was the service. right after I left I had another question. I walked into the bank and was greeted by an actual person. She asked me how she could help and then escourted me to a personal banker to open up an account. The bank was very friendly and they had a good internet banking product and said they would be further updating it in early 2008.
