Was prescribed PT following Rotator Cuff surgery.

This was one of the places the PA mentioned so I stopped in today. Waited at reception area for bout 5 minutes with no reception.

Could hear people in the PT area so I walked around there. I asked if they were open and the two adults there said ""yes"". A lady came up and I explained that I had a PT order and tried to hand it to her and ask her if they could help.

She would only look at the order when I held it in front of her and said that ""our owner is off this week but we can provide that therapy if you want to come back next...
