I usually see Dr. Cass but him and Dr. Emily are very friendly and comforting. I am not always the easiest patient but he is very thorough and realistic when treating for braces and the outcome!...

I love First Impressions! I felt a warm welcome the moment that I stepped in. Dr. Cass is awesome, and always remembers to call me by my nick name. I think that the tokens system is a good idea because it motivates us to be there on time, do what we need to do with our teeth, and we get great prizes. The gift cards are a great idea.
