I've been a client of First Capital Payments- Rochester, NY for many years now. They are honest, upfront and have reasonable fees. It really is a good company. I've worked with Hiram Jr., CEO and he's always been great to me. When you need them, they are always there. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

dont work with this company. they will raise your rates and will lie and cheat. they also charge you fees that you dont need to pay. Oh and one more thing they have middlemen so dont listen to the garbage they say to you.

Bate and switch company. Mad because they cant compete with Square Card Reader or there rate of 2.75%Anyone wanting to process credit card can get a Free Card reader and no transaction fees from Square DOT COM. This company is SOUR GRAPES. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
