Very busy office. Depending on who checks you in, you might get a smile. Doctors are very good,and the medical assistant was polite to me, but overheard her being very rude to her coworkers. As a patient, I don't want to hear that.

the front desk did seem unfriendly, but they were very busy, and when I had any questions they were very helpful. I saw Dr. Black he was very understanding and had a good bed side manner.

Doctors and Nurse practitioner wonderful, he people at the desk very rude and incompetent. I am a doctor and I was injured at work as part of the procedure I was sent to them. I am a doctor and the staff treated me with a great deal of disrespect even when they are the ones that make a mistake. For example they gave me an appointment at 330 but wrote down 430 on the appointment card then argue...

I do agree some of the nurses working here are very rude. They don't smile and don't try to make you feel comfortable at all. Not cool. I came in for a physical and a TB test. The nurse who gave me the TB shot didn't even wipe the blood that trickled out because she injected too far into the skin. Along with that, when I asked her when I should come back, she just gave me a quick, rude answer....
