First Appointment - Initial Installation - 4 Lite Truck Tires . . . Firestone called stated tires were there and they scheduled an appointment within two days. We arrived, staff was friendly and the tires were installed in about an hour. A problem developed with one of the back tires on the way home. I had a great experience at firestone, Ocala, fl. I called and went straight in for my tires. I was told I was the first customer to use this service. they had a little problem with my keyed lug nuts and broke 5 of them, but ordered new ones plus a new key and replaced them. I will use their service again. the manager was very apologetic about my lug nuts. the best value in town.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! Sold me a $350 wheel bearing I didn't need. Problem was a bent wheel well cover scraping on the rim, which was only discovered after they installed the bearing. Refused to admit mistake. I'm out $350.
