On most maintenance services, Time is more of an issue than Cost. Otherwise, we'd be doing the Oil Changes ourselves. I called a day ahead to set an appointment for an oil change. They said it would be done in less than an hour. I came in at the appointment time sharp, sat in their small lounge, ate lunch, waiting for over an hour, to find out they didn't even touch it. Now I have to stay longer at work to make up the time. They gave me a free oil change, but NOW I HAVE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO STAY ANOTHER HOUR OR SO, AND STAY LONGER AT WORK AGAIN !! OUR TIME AND PRODUCTIVITY IS MORE...
