Very clean and friendly place to go to. Accommodating too, the appt was going be Sat, but when I mentioned Fri afternoon was best, they were able to fit me in. The tech put plastic on the seat and a paper mat in the footwell. Seems the sales/tech guys knew just about everyone who came in the place while I was waiting. Rims did not get scratched, all four tires were changed in about 1,5 hours....
The tires arrived much sooner than expected. Firestone scheduled an appointment in less than a day.

This location was close to my house so it wasn't hard to find. Service was great and I didn't have to wait that long for my new tires to be installed. Didn't have any problems with the tires.
