Arrived at appointment time was the told that a suitable lift for my vehicle (Mercedes R class( was not available and that the wait time would be 90 mins and then another 60 for the install.I was ready to take the tires and go somewhere else....I asked to speak with the manager and told him that 2.5 hours will not work for me. he took the necessary steps and vacated the required lift.....good...

This was the perfect way to deal with the pain of buying tires. No up-sell, No hassle. No pressure. I also did my research, and saved hundreds of dollars over my favorite big box store, which was the next cheapest place for decent tires. They even sent the tires to a place I have done business with in the past, and I liked them. Good job Tirebuyer. com,, I will be back.

They have no idea of what they do. I make me aliment the car, they didn't test it, I came back they make me change 2 tires, after that the car still bad, I take it to my mechanic to fix it. When I when back to them they wanted to charge me again for the aliment. They have BAD attitude an horrible customer service.
