I called before I went since I had worked over night and was going from work. I got there, some one left my doors unlocked. Kept me waiting for no reason.

Fast delivery of tires to the Firestone shop, and installation went pretty quick. While I was there they had a special on brakes so I saved about 80.00 plus the fact that it was convenient to do both at the same place.

First of all the1st oil change service there, technician didn't put the proper oil in my vehicle. Second oil service, the technicians didn't put enough in my vehicle. All of a sudden I have a major oil leak, that they don't want to be responsible for which is gonna cost me $3400.... Some technicians aren't properly trained to do oil changes.
