Had a reservation for 7pm. Wasn't seated until almost 7:30. Was asked to wait at the bar but no one was there to even serve us a drink until nearly 20 minutes later. Steak was undercooked and one of the pasta dishes was cold. All in all they really struggled on Valentine's Day. Couldn't support the number of reservations they booked.
The atmosphere was great, made you feel like you were in Italy. Service was very good and food was great value and delicious
Despite the fantastic yelp reviews, we were extremely disappointed with the service. The food was fantastic, but it couldn't make up for the horrible service we received. We asked for a Pinot Noir recommendation and after what felt like 2 or 3 minutes he recommended one of the specials, which wasn't even a Pinot Noir. Food was outstanding, service even better, and it has a great atmosphere. Great place to get together with good friends or to have a date. Highly recommend!!
This was our first time at Firenze a Tavola although we have eaten at Parisi upstairs for many years. It was a great experience for us and our guests! Outstanding food, service and value.
