Housed in San Diego's oldest firehouse, the museum features shiny fire engines, including hand-drawn and horse-drawn models, a 1903 steam pumper, and memorabilia such as antique alarms, fire hats, and foundry molds for fire hydrants. There's also a small gift shop. Allow about half an hour for your visit.

See live comedy Thursday at 8pm, Friday at 8 and 10pm and midnight; and Saturday at 7, 9, and 11pm.

Being a firefighter, I always try to sniff out these local gems when traveling. This is a small but well curated collection of Fie Deot. equipment and tools. 6 Nicely restored vintage motorized engines, a tiller truck and several fabulous horse drawn pieces.

Hall Sparks was awesome. I was at the old place many years ago, this place is such an upgrade, sorry it has taken me so long to get back.
One of the many great things about this place is you leave and you are right near all kinds of bars and clubs
I plan on going back to see John Reep.

Everything about this place is about making sure you drink you 2 drink minimum and pay your bill. I gave 2 twenties on my $23 check and the waiter said he would be back with change. Never came back and security just hurried us out the door.

Comedy Factory is good insiderpages.com

We had a great time there. The comedy lineup was awesome and we had a lot of laughs, but the entire process of getting in for tickets, getting seated, and leaving was an unorganized mess. The lobby gets...
