We purcahsed a 4,000 dollar bedroom set, our experience has been horrible. The last piece of the set we recieved three months after the other pieces where delivered. I've called serval times and it takes me to voice mail no one has called me back yet. The furniture is cheap and is starting to crack already. I highly recommend not to buy furniture here.
We purchased furniture for our new home at the Presidents Day sale 2011. We have not received our complete furnitre to this day. Trying to reach a professional to speak with for the last three weeks. We get voicemails, empty promises, people who have no idea what we are talking about, and the salesperson herself cannot even begin to help us, although she is the one who informed us, ""If the furniture is not in stock one week, we will get the following week."" NOT! We had to start leaving messages with director of public relations, which I am waiting to hear from her. We want to return...
Paid for furniture and was assured it would be available and not sold to anyone else. The day before my wedding when my parents were going to pick it up they said it was not in stock and it would take 6 months for it to come in.
Manager was rude and not helpful; did nothing to give quality service. I would not be surprised if they go out of business- they such bad business practice and horrible service.
Went here to buy furniture and sales people were very rude and inconsiderate acted as if we weren't worth their time! Was in store for like forever before anyone even asked us for help!!
