Having to file and deal with my own lengthy case which was severely complicated by NSEERs in 2003 as you might recall, then my siblings' cases and multiple lawyers over the years(one and a half decade). You can consider me a sort of a pseudo-paralegal at least at this point :) This is why Akbar sought my help when he quickly realized he can't communicate in the ways required to move his stalled case to a result. He knows me through a close relative. He is a hard working and honest guy but his crime is that he is not proficient with technology or the English language.
I can say that you are probably one of the top 10 if not top 5 immigration lawyers in the USA. I neither know nor care about "official recognition". I value my personal experience in measuring that.
