Rebecca was awesome. Figured out what I wanted, and found the cheapest rate that would still get there on time. Did it quickly too so the people coming in behind me did not have to wait long. Rebecca was very polite and nice, but also very efficient and got it done quickly. Really easy to work with. I had an annoying project with three different addresses and she did it quickly and efficiently.

Yesterday, I made an online order for some prints to be made, cut & picked up today. When I went to get them this morning, the prints were cut all wrong and off-centered. James at the Harrison Street location in San Francisco was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to help fix the problem.
