Alex was well versed in the ordering program. He moved quickly and efficiently through the program. He asked questions and immediately applied our answers. He double checked with follow up questions. He had great customer service, was nice and polite. My coworker and I both had a very good experience. We were also greeted upon walking in.

It was a good visit because the staff member was really patient and he allowed us to work with him to troubleshoot a file issue. He was helpful to get us a discount by recomending to fill out this survey. He was very calm because he underdstood what we were trying to say he was able to make our order fast.
