Hannah saved the day! I needed to print something important but needed it done economically. She gave me great suggestions and kept me at budget. I came into FedEx to sign and fax some papers to be faxed to another location and the other location was down. John did an excellent job and he worked hard to make sure the fax was sent. John is very caring as he stayed late to make sure my fax was sent. You don't find that kind of service that often these days. John is a real asset to FedEx.
The staff at this location are helpful and fairly knowledgeable. My complaint is that this location is understaffed every time I've gone in. When I picked up my order 5/13, there was a line of customers waiting and only one employee in the store! She said the other person was at lunch.
