The 2 employees were amazingly professional and very courteous. I'm surprised they didnt offer to drive the package themselves! From the minute we walked in with our item, they took control, gave us a receipt and within a minute or two, we were on our way. The package arrived to its destination and was impeccably boxed. Overall great service.

The ladies Heather and Jennifer are always kind and professional. This is my first survey although we use Fed X regularly. Internationally and within the U.S. What I mean by "kind" is they always smile and greet me no matter how busy they are. By busy i mean they were packing and other clients were ahead of me.
