I picked up a poster that I ordered online and it was perfect -- exactly what Robert and I confirmed over the phone the day before. Then I went in with a flash drive to submit another order and Dina helped me. She was great!

I was charged twice for a fax because the line was busy. Never paid $4.68 for a fax. I will never come back again since money seems to be more important than customer service. Its more the principle than the money.

Robert packed up my item I was shipping and got it all ready to be sent out because it was fragile. (It was a court reporting machine) He's always very helpful every time I'm in there! He has helped me out multiple times. I've never had to wait and he's made my time in there a very quick trip and I couldn't appreciate that more!
