I was helped by Jaelyn. It appeared that she was the only employee in the store when I was there but she helped me and a few other customers very efficiently. I needed help copying some oversized documents and Jaelyn walked me through it very nicely, so many thanks for that!

Jaelyn is extremely rude and unfriendly. I have stopped coming to this place in order to avoid interaction with her. She has a very negative stance as if the customer is annoying her. She needs to change her attitude when working with customers

She gave me an option to go online if I wanted to do it myself and when I declined she offered to help me and showed me the best paper to print on and made me copies so I could make a decision that best fitted my needs. Jaylen I Bellevue her name is was awesome!

Adiel was GREAT, i'm a little slow at some of the technical stuff but he helped me tremendously and with such a good attitude I will definitely be coming back and I hope he will be there because he is so friendly courteous and professional !

The team at this FedEx are absolutely outstanding, specifically Amanda. We ship for a business and she knows who we are by name and helps us with everything. All we have to do is bring in the names and addresses along with what we want shipped and she puts it all together for us.
