needed some printing done for a dinner event. Waylon helped me with my printing, and gave me many options. it would have taken me a long while to figure out the machines otherwise. He was very efficient and helpful.

When I placed an online order it only gave me options for it to be ready in the afternoon, but I needed it in the morning. I called the store and spoke to Waylon. He pushed my pick up time for the morning and it turned out great.

Came in the office to drop off international shipping. Waylon inspected my paperwork and informed me that it lacked a commercial invoice. Very politely he helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork I needed to ship it out.
