Chester was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and able to determine exactly what I needed quickly and without any hassles. It is exactly what I hoped for, and his engaging and professional approach made the transaction both easy and pleasant. Patrick was AMAZING! We sent an on-line print order from another city for pickup in Oakland.
