Be prepared to wait in a short line for well over half an hour, only to be treated arrogantly once you finally get to speak with someone. Poor work ethic.

Never not a hassle! Go in expecting to print off one thing and find yourself still there an hour later being charged $15 in computer fees and no printout because the printer is down. (Hint: the printer is always down.)
