I had never used fedex before and I was surprised and impressed when I was greeted the minute I walked in. I was directed where to go and waited less than 5 minutes to be waited on. Kevin was very helpful and answered all of my questions, was very courteous, and smiled a lot. I will be shipping more packages in the near future.

Oneeda saved my conference. After going to Staples with no luck and little help I left almost in tears. Oneeda not only went out of her way to help me, she troubleshooting some problems we were having with sending the badges from my computer to hers. I have been to many FedEx offices and this experience was by far the best I've had. Oneeda was SO attentive and amazingly sweet. She was extremely knowledgeable in using the computer system on both Shipping and Post drop off sides. Oneeda and Beth! They were amazing at helping my mother and I with our services. We had gone in weeks prior needing help on a slideshow which they both helped us with. We then had to go back to get the slideshow out onto dvd and both of the woman helped us do so and we're so nice and helpful with all the questions we had!
