Just come in after work ..wanna mail something out .. Be aware people, they start to require a outter box on every single thing you ship, no matter you're shipping a printer, coffee machines which already with a stable shipable boxes. If there's no 'brown' outter box covering, you need to pay extra to drop your package here. I used to think here is the good location to drop off but it's not now.

I wish the customer service here was better. The young lady in the morning wasn't very friendly - I get that it's an early morning shift, but how about stopping at Starbucks, getting caffeinated and plastering a smile on your face?
