Ivan helped me with printing some envelopes when I was having a mini crisis and needed immediate help. I told him I needed them immediately, that I was having a hard time with my ink jet printer at home, and he jumped into problem solving mode. Ivan has been very customer focused. I have been in twice lately and once right before closing. He was extremely helpful, kind and expedient. I really appreciate his focus on me as a customer.
