I came into the store needing to overnight a package. I was in a hurry. Brandon and Miranda worked together smoothly as a team to get me in and out quickly. Miranda was wonderful. I've never shipped anything from FedEx before. She totally made me free at ease and was patient and answered all my questions. Jay, is a rock start. I had to get documents to an attorney for Saturday delivery but FedEx did not deliver on Saturday at his location (private beach house) so Jay sent the package to the closest fedex office 10 miles away for pickup. Problem solved and I didn't have to drive the documents to Sunset beach myself. Thanks Jay!
