poor customer service, very slow, will only print on 8.5in x 11in paper. Or so they say..... not really sure why that's the case because your home printer can do more. Dismissed very quickly after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Offered no help or alternative

Worst Service EVER!!!!!! So Rude!

I'm a graphic design student at a very well-known art and design school here in Atlanta. I went to Kinkos today (it was the only printing place open) to print off a project/design I had been working on all week. All i needed was for them to *help* me print it on an 11 x 17 sheet of glossy or matte photo paper. I've been in to kinkos plenty of times, enough to know that their computers that are open to the public don't pick up my external hard drive for some odd reason. I told the employee this and they refused to listen to me. So, i wasted my money trying to pull up my ext. hard drive on...
