Justin is the only associate at FedEx/Kinkos that knows how to use the Adobe Illustrator. He helps set up cards to be printed there. He always does a great job. Thanks.

I went to FedEx when I discovered that my printer would not handle the print job that I needed to take to South Sioux City, NE. Jessica took down my information, scanned my 400+ page document, researched alternatives, and called back when she said she would. Both times I was there that day they did not print my images on the right size paper and one was missing. The customer service was not friendly and until I mentioned it was my second time there that day and it still wasn't right, I didn't get an apology.
