I went in Kay's to find an Italian horn & gold chain. I was so surprised at their excellent service & how very nice they were! To my surprise they had a beautiful chain and ordered the charm. Made my husbands Christmas! Thank you for taking all the time out I needed even though it was not a big sale.May God Bless You & Your Family.

Went in to have a ring soldered and they did it in less than 20 minutes. The jeweler did a beautiful job and you couldn't that the ring had ever been broken. During that same visit I got a beatific silver link chain and I paid less than $50 for both the ring being fixed and a new chain. Customer service was very pleasant, not at all pushy. I will be going back for another chain in the future.

I got a cool swagged out gshock blinged out watch from these guys they are so awesome and provided me with so much cool things at an awesome price! Real-authentic jewelry at an affordable price :)

I got my wedding ring custom made by fay and I couldn't be happier. I had gone to at least 12 other jewelry stores but fay had the best price and unbelievable quality.
