Charged me $20 just to go out of plan per pair of glasses, Then took two weeks to get glasses that they charged over $300 per pair, then they broke after two months. Crappy service, crappy product..

Had Sheeta Ghosh as my doctor for about 2 years. She is ill-served by office staff that hangs up on you, never cares if your prescription needs an emergency refill, and finally when you are ready to leave, holds your medical records to ransom for $10 in penalty fees for canceling appointment.
