I'm with all of you that do not have good comments. This company sucks!! They have cost me so much money and headache. I wish I could get away from them.

Farrmont the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. We just cancelled their services and are still trying to get our financials, any of which they haven't stolen yet, from them.

We absolutely never recommend this company at all. It would be safe to say that I would rather get shot in the foot than have to deal with these people again.

i had just called and the women who answered the phone is just has a rude attitude from the time she answered the phone to say hello to when we hung up. i never like calling because they are always unavailable, unreachable, and always with an attitude. I can't wait till i sell my home so i won't have to deal with them since my HOA hasn't decided to change.

Farrmont as a management company has been very neglegent in its administering of duties under the laws governing HOA's. Simple things , such as returning phone calls or following through with promises is like pulling teeth with this company.
