Not really sure if he's a good doctor or not, but I do know he's a very rude person who's at times completely incompetent as well as his entire staff. I go to Dr. Belibi for suboxone, so I don't know about his nephrology qualifications, but as a suboxone patient I feel like I'm treated like a lower class person. He's shown his incompetence too many times for me to list with this character limit...
